Candidate Submission Deadline:

Nomination petition due on or before Friday, March 19 at 3 pm.

Candidate Statement Deadline:

Candidates’ statements must be 150 words or less. Statements may be emailed to elections@longreach.org.

Candidates’ Night:

Tuesday, April 20, 7 pm



Voter Info:

Owners of property in Long Reach and tenants with a lease on property in Long Reach can vote.

Each voter is allowed one vote for each membership held in the Association, but if a membership is jointly held, i.e., multiple owners or multiple tenants, etc., and any such vote is in dispute, then no vote will be counted for that membership. Multiple votes may only be cast by the owner of more than one lot or unit.

Candidates’ Night:

Tuesday, April 20 at 7:00pm

Election Date:

Saturday, April 24 from 9:30 am – 1:30 pm. All absentee ballots must be received at Stonehouse by 4:00pm on Friday, April 23rd.

Voting Methods:

In-person: Saturday, April 24th from 9:30am – 1:30pm in the lower-level area of Stonehouse, 6110 Foreland Garth. Current, valid ID is required. If you are a tenant, you must also bring a copy of your current lease.
Online: Follow the instructions on your absentee ballot, which will be mailed to you in the village newsletter. Online voting closes at 4:00pm on Friday, April 23rd.
By mail: You may vote by absentee ballot, either by returning your mailed ballot in the postage-paid envelope or requesting a ballot by mail or in-person at Stonehouse. All absentee ballots must be received at Stonehouse by 4:00pm on Friday, April 23rd.
